About chairman
Mr. Amanullah Khan Paracha is the Chairman and Founder of Human Rights Foundation of Pakistan. The basic purpose of establishing the HRFP is to help the middle and lower middle class people of Pakistan.
Our mission is to serve middle and lower middle class families across Pakistan by delivering relief, education, healthcare, and dignity with trust — channeling Zakat and Sadaqah to those who need it most.
We envision a Pakistan where every family can live with security and hope, supported by transparent giving that creates lasting community change, and where human rights are upheld through compassion and accountability.
Since 1982 we have stood with families in crisis — with food, clean water, medical care, education, and a fair hearing. Relief comes first, and the support stays after the emergency passes.
Choose Zakat or Sadaqah on the donate page, then pick an amount. You can also give to a named cause, such as flood relief, medical care, Ramadan, or winter warmth.
Yes. Zakat is kept for eligible families. Sadaqah can also cover transport, wells, clinics, and the cost of getting help to a home.
