2. Why We Don’t Offer Refunds

As a non-profit organization, funds received are allocated immediately to our ongoing and planned projects. Due to the nature of donations and the immediate use of funds, we cannot offer refunds.

3. Donation Errors

If you believe a donation was made in error (e.g., wrong amount), please contact us within 3 days of the transaction. We will review the case and may offer a correction at our discretion.
